Privacy policy

This website belongs to Mauro Krekels, an independent designer and developer based in Maasbree, the Netherlands. This page explains which personal data I process when you visit the site or contact me, and why.

Visiting the site. The site uses Vercel Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies for this and it does not follow you across other websites. The statistics are aggregated, so I cannot see who you are. The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.

Contacting me. If you send an email, I receive your email address and the content of your message. I use it only to answer you and to prepare a quote when you ask for one. I do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. I keep the correspondence as long as it is needed for the project and for my administration, and then delete it.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you can ask me for access to your data, correction, deletion or a copy of it, and you can object to its use. Send a request to maurokrekels2@gmail.com and I will respond within a month. If you think I handle your data wrongly, you can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
